Contemplatio is a three-day retreat for those who seek to encounter the Lord in silent prayer. Based on the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, retreatants will reflect on their lives through use of scripture and several significant meditations from the Exercises in a format written by our Director/Chaplain, Fr. Phil Florio, SJ.
Retreatants are provided the opportunity to meet individually with a spiritual director throughout the weekend to examine their experiences of prayer. There are communal gatherings for Morning prayer and Vespers, Eucharistic Adoration and the celebration of the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist. Contemplatio takes place  the weekend before the return from Winter Break at St. Raphaela's Retreat House in Haverford, PA.

For more information, contact Fr. Phil Florio, SJ, 215-898-7575.
